Frank Raes
Apart from being a well known sports journalist, Frank Raes is also a photographer. For the video series ‘De keuze van’ he dives into the collection of FOMU and chooses his favorite image.
It is a photo by British photographer Derek Evans that Raes likes the most. “It’s a football photograph, but it has little in common with football photography as we know them today", he explains.
"Normally, everyone in the picture would be looking at the football, that’s what makes this photograph so atypical. You want to know what’s actually happening here.”
For the video series ‘De keuze van’, seven inspirational people choose their favourite image from the FOMU collection.
